We ship
our products via DHL Express services.
MrkZiggsGrup is paying for the shipping and insurance taxes.
You will
receive the products in 3 to 8 business days (depends on your location).
A signature
will be required on delivery of the goods. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has
been delivered to you.
Also, you will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery process.
The packages will
be sent in maximum 1 business day after confirmation of payment. For wire transfer payments, please allow 3 to maximum 5 business
days for the bank to confirm the arrival of funds.
If you desire another shipping service (UPS, FedEx), you will pay
the shipping & insurance taxes.
After a business relationship is established, we can negotiate the shipping services
used & the payment procedures. We don't ship Cash on Delivery ( COD ). Also, we DO NOT ship to African (especially Nigerian!!!)
markets! Stop bothering us please!
Return Policy:
All products are
checked and inspected before they are shipped. Galaxy Electronics will provide full refunds for the products only.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees in case of return.
For refunds and exchanges, customers
must apply via email within 7 days upon receiving the products. The products must be in their original condition and packaging.
No refunds will be paid if these conditions are not met.
